Design proposal
Layout:
According to the production process and cleanliness requirements, reasonably divided into functional areas to avoid cross-contamination.
Human flow and logistics channels are set up separately to reduce the impact of personnel movement on the clean area.
The equipment layout considers the operation and maintenance space, and reserves the space for equipment renewal and upgrading.
The connection between each functional area is transitioned through buffer room or airlock room to reduce air disturbance.
Cleanliness level:
The cleanliness level of the production workshop is class 10,000, and other areas are set up according to the actual needs of the corresponding cleanliness level.
Reasonable air supply methods (e.g. top-feeding and side-returning, top-feeding and bottom-returning, etc.) are adopted to ensure the effective circulation of clean airflow.
High-efficiency filter (HEPA) and ultra-high-efficiency filter (ULPA) are set up to filter particles and bacteria in the air.
Air Conditioning System:
Independent air handling unit (AHU) is adopted to centralise air filtration, temperature and humidity control.
The fresh air system is set up with multi-stage filtration such as primary, intermediate and high efficiency to ensure the cleanliness of the fresh air.
Exhaust air system is set up to discharge the waste gas and heat generated in the production process in time.
Temperature and humidity control:
Precise control of temperature and humidity in the workshop according to the requirements of the chip SMT production process.
Constant temperature and humidity air-conditioning system is adopted to ensure the stability of the workshop environment.
Differential pressure control:
Maintain a positive pressure difference between clean and non-clean areas, and between areas of different cleanliness levels to prevent backflow of contaminated air.
Lighting system:
Using special clean lamps , the illumination should meet the requirements of production operation and quality inspection. The layout of the lamps should be reasonable to avoid glare and shadows.
Anti-static measures:
Install anti-static flooring, use anti-static workbenches and apparatus.
Control the humidity in the workshop to reduce the generation of static electricity.
Personnel wear anti-static clothing, shoes and hats.
Air shower:
Used to blow off dust from the body of personnel before they enter a clean area.
Pass box:
It is used for transferring materials between clean and non-clean areas to reduce the pollution caused by personnel entering and leaving.
