OUDELONG® Cargo Air Shower is available in three different materials: full Stainless Steel, Stainless Steel Interior, and Steel Plate. With patented Cargo air shower design technologies that which ensures a clean seal that prevent contaminant seepage, it can educe large amounts of dust particles brought by staff and cargoes, and includes 360-degree air jet nozzles that work at more than 29 m/s. with automatic air showering type and clear working indication lights that easy operation.
1.Doors are two fast roll-up door. Its door body consists of an industrial base cloth of polyester fabric or a fully transparent PVC soft curtain. It has numerous advantages, such as good heat preservation, cold preservation, insect protection, wind protection, dust protection, sound insulation, fire protection, odour protection, etc., and is also able to admit light. It can quickly isolate the air shower and the workshop, thus ensuring that the air quality in the workshop meets the requirements of the dust-free class, and the high-speed automatic closing feature helps to save energy while improving operational efficiency, which can create a good environment for operations. Standard dimensions are L2000mm x W250mm x H2400mm.
2.HEPA filter class H13/H14 class HEPA filter with polyurethane seal (optional liquid seal), clamped to welded frame. Filters can be replaced from the side (inside the shower) when the side door is opened. Meanwhile, a pre-filter is installed at the return air outlet, pre-filter class G4 is protected by a magnetically secured grille made of perforated painted steel sheet.
3.Centrifugal fan is a high speed fan used to provide high airflow; the motor fan is mounted from the side and is replaced after opening the side panel door and removing the HEPA filter.
4.Energy-saving LED Light in the air shower are highly efficient. They consume less power while providing sufficient illumination, which is very suitable for the energy – saving requirements of the air shower.
5.Microcomputer Controller Intelligent voice talking LCD display screen. It can automatically control functions like inter – locking and unlocking of inner and outer doors, lighting on/off, human body induction, and fan start/stop. It also has adjustable wind – shower time, voice prompts, and is very user – friendly.
6.Nozzles minimum internal diameter is 25 mm, through which air is blown at a mean axial velocity of 29 m/s towards a person standing in the center of the cabinet. Nozzles can be customized to be mounted on top of the air shower.
