OUDELONG® Cargo Air Shower is available in three different materials: full Stainless Steel, Stainless Steel Interior, and Steel Plate. OUDELONG® Cargo Air Shower features patented design technology that creates a clean seal to prevent contaminant seepage. It uses 360-degree air jets, operating at over 29 m/s, to remove large amounts of dust from staff and cargo. The system is easy to operate with an automatic air showering function and clear indicator lights.
1.Doors
Doors are two fast roll-up door. Its door body consists of an industrial base cloth of polyester fabric or a fully transparent PVC soft curtain. These doors offer many benefits, including excellent insulation from heat, cold, wind, and sound. They also provide protection against insects, dust, fire, and odors, and can even let in light.With their high-speed automatic closing feature, the doors quickly isolate the air shower from the workshop. This helps ensure the workshop’s air quality meets clean-room standards, saves energy, and improves overall efficiency, creating a better operational environment.Standard dimensions are L2000mm x W250mm x H2400mm.
2.HEPA filter c
lass H13/H14 class HEPA filter with polyurethane seal (optional liquid seal), clamped to welded frame. Filters can be replaced from the side (inside the shower) when the side door is opened. Meanwhile, a pre-filter is installed at the return air outlet, pre-filter class G4 is protected by a magnetically secured grille made of perforated painted steel sheet.
3.Centrifugal fan
Centrifugal fan is a high speed fan used to provide high airflow; the motor fan is mounted from the side and is replaced after opening the side panel door and removing the HEPA filter.
4.Energy-saving LED Light
Energy-saving LED Light in the air shower are highly efficient. They consume less power while providing sufficient illumination, which is very suitable for the energy – saving requirements of the air shower.
5.Microcomputer Controller Intelligent voice talking LCD display screen.
It can automatically control functions like inter – locking and unlocking of inner and outer doors, lighting on/off, human body induction, and fan start/stop. It also has adjustable wind – shower time, voice prompts, and is very user – friendly.
6.Nozzles
Nozzles minimum internal diameter is 25 mm, through which air is blown at a mean axial velocity of 29 m/s towards a person standing in the center of the cabinet. Nozzles can be customized to be mounted on top of the air shower.
